Nvidia driver fx5700

Ok I can't get this to work, I have a toshiba qosmio F10 with an Nvidia go in it, and I can't find any drivers that will work with it and windows 7. I have tried many different drivers, I found a guy who said that the latest fx drivers will work if you modify the ini file with the guid of your card.

I pulled this information from his post and it didn't work either doesn't even see my card. Next I tried downloading some vista drivers for my card and they seem to install but then I get a blue screen and constant reboots. Oh I even tried the nvida mobility modder. Can anyone help me out? Toshiba of course has xp drivers from , and those suck even in xp, and they don't work in windows 7 at all. If you could let me know what I can do that would be great. Just download the drivers from the Nvidia site.
