I went to Driverguide and downloaded drivers for it but everytime I click to do a scanner test it reboots my machine. What am I doing wrong. I need detailed instructions please!! I think if I can get the scsi host adaptor working then windows would find the scanner. Currently all Scanport drivers and software are removed, there are no scanners or scsi host adaptors listed in dev mgr. Boot with scanner on and nothing happens. Any advice appreciated. Wolf87, I tried the Microtek drivers they seemed to want to work but I kept getting bluescreened. I can disable the scanport miniport drvr and leave the 8 scanners in dvc mgr and it will scan just fine.
