Emailed the school who deleted my account so I could re-register. Still not able to log in. Logging in is confusing anyway.
Why not just have an email and password rather than all the option of logging in with Facebook, Microsoft, etc. Even though the school had referred my issue to the support team nothing had been done! Frustrated is an understatement. Horrendous App! Surely in this day and age they can sort it!!! I answered the security questions and it failed every time. The school sent me another invite but I was unable to use my email address as it said I was already logged in.
